Just recently we had an intimate gathering of some celebrities and bloggers to launch the newest product of Lysol. Lysol Max Cover is just like your good old Lysol can except that it comes in a wide-angle spray making it perfect for soft surfaces. It was something I could really see myself using and I was so humbled and glad that they worked with us, Wholemom to launch this.

I confessed to being a Lysol user for many years. Whenever we go out-of-town to stay in a beach resort or guest house, I spray Lysol generously on everything from the entire shower curtain, to the sink, toilet, door knobs, robe hooks, towel racks and light switches. Can you imagine how thrilled I was to see that I can now do this obsessive spraying on the bed and sofas (think other peoples sweat, germs and dust mites) because the wide-angle mist won’t wet the bed and will distribute the disinfectant evenly.

If you’re now thinking I’m borderline crazy, Cheska’s talk was about how she thoroughly cleans the house. I thought I was a clean freak already, but wait until you hear how she rolls! I learned a lot from her talk. Then there were the other moms.. one who is so afraid of yucky germs that she does not allow her children to watch movies unless they are in long-sleeved turtle necks (so their skin does not touch the yucky movie seats). We all just want to protect our children, be clean and take care of our family and I see nothing wrong with that. I am thankful for products like Lysol, I love the spray and their wipes are just so useful! I use it to clean everything from hands to toilet seats, the sink and our dining table.

I spoke about organizing the home and gave tips on how to do so while Rica talked about having a clean heart. It was a simple afternoon, we had good food from La Creperie and got to enjoy chatting with each other. It was a nice break from our every hustle and spending it with Lysol Max Cover was surely worth it!
