Fresh air, cool breeze and watching the kids play out doors.. that’s how my weekend went. Escaping to our family farm is when I literally get to unwind. I got to catch up with my parents, spend an hour doing calligraphy and I got to bring out my brushes and play with water color. If you want to see how I’ve gotten hooked on Calligraphy, visit my Instagram page. I also got to browse Pinterest and that always relaxes me. Here are some things that got me inspired today..
The beautiful cacti and succulents in classy earthen pots found at the Via Tortona Showroom during the Milan Design Week.
This gorgeous pink berry drink.. a delightful combination of blackberry and sage. Too bad I couldn’t find the exact recipe but I can imagine it contains some soda water, berries and sage. Just what we need to cool us down on a hot summer day. I think it would go well with strawberries and lemon too.
This simple display of a potted plant wrapped with craft paper, sea shells and a single re- purposed beer bottle. Notice the rustic white wooden table.. Isn’t it gorgeous?
How did your Sunday go? Hope it was relaxing too. Now it’s back to work mode for me.. Have a good week!
