If you read my last blog post on breakfast smoothie ideas, you will love this banana coconut cream smoothie! It is packed with nutrients to help you last the day and of course it taste terrific! Here’s what I put into my smoothie:
1 ripe banana
1 cup of pure coconut milk
1 tablespoon of ground flax seed
1 table spoon of unsweetened peanut butter
1 level scoop of grass fed beef gelatin.

Coconut milk is a good source of healthy fat, and contains good saturated fat that lowers cholesterol and improves blood pressure. Coconut milk also has antibacterial and anti- viral properties.
Peanut butter is a high protein snack that can boost weight loss if taken with good omega 3 sources. Look for peanut butter that is organic with no sugar and hydrogenated oil otherwise it can cause inflammation in the body! Yup not all peanut butter are healthy so make sure you are informed by reading this.
